Imported/Domestic Masoor Gains At Major Markets Amid Mill Buying

MUMBAI (Commoditiescontrol) – Canada crimson variety at Mumbai, Kolkata, Hazira and Mundra port along with Australia Masoor in Mumbai and Kolkata gained Rs 150/200Kg, on Monday, amid fresh millers' buying support.

Moreover, centre has decided againt any reduction in import duty levied on Masoor thereby supporting prices.

Similarly, domestic Masoor traded higher by Rs 25-200/100Kg in major market of Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh and Chhattisgarh, due to improved buying from local/outstation traders/millers/stockiest at prevailing rates and below expectation ongoing arrivals.

However, demand and sale counter in processed Masoor reported slow.
