Mumbai (Commodities Control) – Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak does not expect any "sharp" decisions on output cuts by an OPEC+ group monitoring committee later this month as the oil market has been stable, Russian news agencies reported on Thursday.

He also said there have been no "additional" proposals to change the deal between OPEC and other leading oil producers on production cuts, according to the reports.
