New Tur Trades Higher At Solapur-Jalna

MUMBAI (Commoditiescontrol) – New Tur traded higher at Solapur-Jalna market of Maharashtra on Saturday amid mill buying despite improved arrivals.

At Solapur, new red Tur (Karnataka origin Bijapur district) traded higher as per quality at Rs 6,611-6,640/100Kg with arrivals of 370 bags. (Each bag of 50 or 60 Kg).

On the other hand, old red Tur traded unchanged at Rs 5,800-6,250/100Kg, with arrivals of 5-6 truckloads.

New white Tur traded higher at Rs 5,700-6,311/100Kg, as per quality, with arrivals of 75 bags at Jalna market. The quality of arrived Tur contain green mixture and 12-20 percent moisture, a local trader said.
