Unjha 25 January (Commoditiescontrol) Jeera prices inched down at spot market of Unjha while steady tone was observed at Rajkot. Jeera futures prices rallied for the second consecutive day.
Jeera prices fell by Rs 10 per 20 kg at the spot market of Unjha on profit-booking.
Rajkot jeera market received moderate response from buyers and prices held unchanged.
Arrivals today at Unjha market were 10000 bags, while Rajkot market had 800 bags of 60 kg each.
At the NCDEX, March futures quoted Rs 19310 by the end of the day, increased by Rs 485 or 2.58%.
