Jodhpur,12 May (Commoditiescontrol) Guar gum and seed prices were firm in the physical markets on Thursday and futures also ended a tad up amid positive sentiment as gum has attracted good demand from the exporters.
Guar seed prices were quoted at Rs 5850 per quintal in auction while prices in all paid were Rs 6130 per quintal. Guar prices were firm at Rs 11800 per quintal in the benchmark market of Jodhpur today.
Guar gum for delivery in May on the NCDEX ended Rs 108 or 0.94% up at Rs 11600 per quintal while low and high of the session were Rs 11409 and Rs 11660 respectively.
