Urad extend fall in Delhi, Masoor gain

Mumbai, 19 May (Commoditiescontrol) – Burma Urad prices extended fall at Naya bazaar pulses market of Delhi, on Thursday amid dull mills buying as offtake in processed pulses witnessed slow amid liquidity crunch. While, Canada- Madhya Pradesh origin Masoor gained on mills purchase.

Vessel M V LILA BHAVNAGAR carrying 11,280 MT Burma Urad & Tur is expected to arrive at Mumbai port on 20th May 2022, according to a shipping agency.

Burma Urad FAQ-SQ varieties new extended fall each by Rs 25 to Rs 6,975-7,000/100Kg and Rs 7,550, respectively. Similarly, Urad FAQ-SQ old also fell each by Rs 25 each at Rs 6,925-6,950 and Rs 7,500. Moreover, good crop estimates was reported at Burma.

Andhra Pradesh origin new Urad offered unchanged at Rs 7,050/100Kg for Delhi delivery. Moreover, summer crop new Urad arrivals began at Jabalpur market of Madhaya Pradesh.

Canada-Madhya Pradesh origin new Masoor traded higher each by Rs 50-100 at Rs 7,100/100Kg, respectively amid mills purchase at lower rates, limited imported ready stock despite ongoing domestic arrivals.
