Guntur, August 16 (Commoditiescontrol) Red chilli prices were mostly flat in the markets of Guntur and more or less same trend was observed in the market of Warangal amid thin demand and supply. Arrivals were also down.
Prices of 334/S10, Teja, 273, No 5, 341 and DD varieties steady while Syngenta traded Rs 5 per kg higher in the benchmark market of Guntur today where arrivals were around 45000 bags. Only W.Hot traded lower at Warangal due to poor demand while other varieties were flat. Arrivals of red chilli were 1000 bags at Warangal. Teja prices were quoted Re 1 higher at Khammam while Fatki flat.
