Nizamabad, September 30 (Commoditiescontrol)Turmeric prices were steady to lower in the physical markets of the country on Friday while futures ended a tad higher. The physical markets witnessed regular arrivals but demand was poor from the stockiest as well as the processors and the traders.
Turmeric futures for delivery in October ended Rs 38 or 0.56 % higher at Rs 6860 per quintal on the NCDEX on Friday while low and high of the session were Rs 6770 and Rs 6866 respectively.
