Season 2021-22: Kapas arrivals at 31,000 bales on Oct 1

NEW DELHI, Oct 1 (Commoditiescontrol): A total 31,000 bales of kapas arrived in the mandis of the major producing states of the country on Saturday, down from 31,400 bales a day before.

Of the total arrivals, 16,900 bales arrived in Punjab, Haryana, Upper and Lower Rajasthan, 4,000 bales each in Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh, 1,600 bales in Maharashtra, 1,300 bales in Andhra Pradesh & Telangana, 2,000 bales in Tamil Nadu and 1,200 bales in Karnataka.
