Jodhpur, Nov 25 (Commoditiescontrol) Guar seed and gum prices continued to trade lower in the physical market and the futures as well on Friday amid negative sentiment.
Prices of guar seed fell Rs 15 per quintal while gum prices were down by Rs 40 per quintal today.
Guar seed prices were quoted at Rs 12150 per quintal while seed traded at 5920 per quintal in all paid.
In auction, guar seed prices were quoted at Rs 5500-6000 per quintal. Arrivals were 38000 bags.
Guar gum for delivery in December ended Rs 23 or 0.19% down at Rs 12169 per quintal while low and high of the session were Rs 12040 and Rs 12390 respectively.
Guar seed for delivery in December ended Rs 12 or 0.20% down at Rs 5844 per quintal while low and high of the session were Rs 5804 and Rs 5940 respectively.
