Mumbai, 27 Jan (Commoditiescontrol): Burma Tur & Urad along with Madhya Pradesh origin Masoor price moved higher at Naya Bazaar market of Delhi on Friday amid mills trade activity.
Burma origin Lemon variety Tur firm by Rs 25 at Rs 7,250-7,275/100Kg as select buyers active at lower rates despite supply of new Burma Tur crop and ongoing arrival of the domestic Tur crop as well.
Maharashtra origin new Tur traded higher by Rs 50 at Rs 7,200-7,400/100Kg, as per quality for Delhi delivery.
Burma Urad FAQ-SQ variety gained each by Rs 75 at Rs 6,850/100Kg and Rs 7,625, respectively following firm Myanmar CNF quotes, need based buying at lower rates despite abundance of cheaper overseas supplies and thin offtake in processed Urad.
Madhya Pradesh origin Masoor firm by Rs 25 at Rs 6,425/100Kg on need based mill buying at lower rates. While, Canada Masoor priced unchanged at Rs 5,875 due to thin trade amid weak demand for processed Masoor, cheaper overseas supply, Nafed actively selling imported Masoor, higher production estimate globally, and increased acreage for domestic sowing.
