Ahmedabad, July 17 (Commodities Control): On the occasion of Muharram, the coriander market saw limited activity as major centers like Gondal Mandi and Junagadh Mandi were closed today. With the futures market also closed, the spot market experienced minimal movement, keeping prices stable.
In Saurashtra, a total of 1,150 bags of coriander, each weighing 40 kg, arrived. The average price of coriander in the state ranged from Rs 1,300 to Rs 1,500 per 20 kg. In Rajkot Mandi, against the arrival of 600 bags, trading prices were between Rs 1,100 and Rs 1,431. Additionally, Jamjodhpur Mandi received 100 bags, Jetpur Mandi saw 50 bags, and another 400 bags were received from other mandis.
