New Delhi, October 29 (Commodities Control): Mentha oil prices experienced a minor decline in both the physical and futures markets on Tuesday. In Chandausi, prices were recorded at Rs 988-90 per kg, while Barabanki saw prices at Rs 940 per kg.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), the November mentha oil futures contract dropped by Rs 0.40, or 0.04%, closing at Rs 927 per kg. This contract reported an open interest of 562 with a trading volume of 77. Similarly, the December futures contract was quoted at Rs 939 per kg, with an open interest of 164 and a volume of just 1.
