New Delhi, January 11 (Commodities Control): Cotton arrivals in mandis across India on Saturday were recorded at 1,45,200 bales, showing a decrease from the previous working day’s arrival of 1,82,700 bales.
Of the total arrivals, 11,500 bales were reported in Punjab, Haryana, and Upper and Lower Rajasthan. Gujarat received 26,000 bales, while Maharashtra saw the highest arrivals with 60,000 bales. Madhya Pradesh recorded 7,000 bales, and Andhra Pradesh and Telangana together had 23,500 bales. Additionally, Tamil Nadu reported 200 bales, Karnataka received 12,000 bales, and Odisha saw 5,000 bales arriving in its mandis.
