Ahmedabad, 20 January (CommoditiesControl): Gujarat’s coriander market remained stable today, with prices showing little to no movement due to off-season conditions. Traders reported that the demand for coriander was in line with the arrivals, and there were no significant price changes observed.
Local demand has been subdued, and traders mentioned that the off-season had contributed to the quieter trade. However, with the approach of Ramzan, an increase in demand, especially from exports, is anticipated, which could provide some support to the market. As of now, there are no major factors driving a price increase.
