Kochi, 13 May (Commoditiescontrol) No change in prices of black pepper was observed in the benchmark market of Kochi on Friday due to poor upcountry demand.
Prices of new crop of black pepper was auctioned flat at Rs 499 per kg while gabled quality of black pepper held at Rs 529 per kg. Prices of ungarbled black pepper were also steady at Rs 509 per kg today.
