Sugar prices firm on improved local demand

Mumbai, Aug 16 (Commoditiescontrol) Wholesale sugar prices were firm on Tuesday due to improved local demand, a trade analyst said. Wholesale prices rose Rs 10 per quintal while Naka delivery rates increased Rs 20 per quintal today.


S-30 at Rs 3452-3552 per quintal



M-30 at Rs 3550-3652 per quintal

Naka delivery rates:

S-30 at Rs 3420-3480 per quintal

M-30 at Rs 3490-3580 per quintal
