Guntur, September 22 (Commoditiescontrol) Red chilli prices were steady to down in the major markets of south India on Thursday. Prices of red chilli were mostly down in the market of Guntur.
However, prices of chilli varieties like 334/S10 and Teja were downy by Rs 2 and 10 per kg respectively at Guntur where arrivals were 60000 bags.
Prices of almost all varieties of chilli were down in the market of Warangal and Khammam. Arrivals in both market were around 6000 and 15000 bags respectively.
