New Delhi, September 21 (Commoditiescontrol) The southwest monsoon has withdrawn from parts of Rajasthan and adjoining Kutch on September 20, 2022 against its normal date of withdrawal from southwest Rajasthan of 17th September. The line of withdrawal of southwest monsoon continues to pass through Khajuwala, Bikaner, Jodhpur and Naliya.
Heavy rainfall is expected today in the areas of Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, East MP, Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh, Odisha, states of northeast, Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada, and Telangana.
Heavy rainfall at isolated places is expected on Thursday in the areas of Uttarakhand, West Uttar Pradesh, East Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh, states of northeast, Madhya Maharashtra, and Marathwada.
Heavy rainfall at isolated places is expected on Friday in Rajasthan, MP, Vidarbha, Arunachal Pradesh and Meghalaya.
Heavy rainfall at isolated places is expected on Saturday over Arunachal Pradesh.
Heavy rainfall at isolated places is expected on Sunday, 25th September over Arunachal Pradesh.
Fairly widespread to widespread light/moderate rainfall activity is likely over Uttarakhand, East Uttar Pradesh, Central, East and Northeast India during September 26-28.
