Cotton Arrivals Total 18,150 Bales Across Major Producing States

New Delhi, July 5 (Commodities Control): Cotton arrivals in mandis across the country on Friday were recorded at 18,150 bales, a decrease from the 20,150 bales reported on the previous trading day.

In detail, 500 bales arrived in Punjab, Haryana, and both Upper and Lower Rajasthan. Gujarat received 3,500 bales, while Maharashtra saw the highest arrival figure with 10,000 bales. Madhya Pradesh had 150 bales arriving, and Andhra Pradesh-Telangana reported 1,700 bales. Tamil Nadu received 1,800 bales, and Karnataka saw 500 bales. There were no arrivals reported from Odisha.
