Mumbai Pulse Market Sees Decline in Tur and Urad Prices

Mumbai, July 27 (Commodities Control): Mumbai pulse market has witnessed decrease in tur and urad prices this morning. However, matar and masoor prices remained steady. Here are the latest updates from the market:

Pigeon Pea (Tur): Lemon tur prices declined by Rs 50 to quote at Rs 10,650 per quintal. Similarly, Sudan variety tur prices dipped by Rs 50 to quote at Rs 11,150 per quintal. Red Lakoti tur pries declined by Rs 100 to trade at Rs 9,500 per quintal. Mozambique: Gajar prices stood firm at Rs 10,100 per quintal. Similarly, Mozambique: White quoted Rs 10,200 per quintal, without any change in prices. Matwara variety tur prices not quoted.

Pea (Matar): Russian Yellow prices hold steady to quote at Rs 3,700 per quintal. Canada Yellow prices declined slightly by Rs 50 to trade at Rs 3,850 per quintal. Witnessing stability, Russian Yellow ex Hajira port quoted Rs 3,650 per quintal, Canada Yellow ex Hajira port at Rs 3,750 per quintal, Russian Yellow ex Mundra port at Rs 3,650 per quintal, and Canada Yellow ex Mundra port at Rs 3,750 per quintal.

Urad: The price of FAQ Urad declined by Rs 50 during the opening session of trade to quote at Rs 8,900 per quintal.

Chickpea (Chana): The price of Sudan variety Chana (old) remain unchanged to quote at Rs 7,100 per quintal. However, Sudan variety Chana (new) prices declined by rs 50 to quote at Rs 7,750 per quintal. Tanzania variety Chana prices hold steady to trade at Rs 6,600 per quintal. Australia Chana prices hold steady to trade at Rs 6,900/7,000 per quintal.

Lentil (Masoor): The prices of Canada Masoor, ex Mundra port, hold steady to quote at Rs 6,000 per quintal. Witnessing stability in prices, Canada Masoor ex Hajira port quoted at Rs 6,025 per quintal, Canada Crimson in containers at Rs 6,175 per quintal, Australia Nipper in containers at Rs 6,175 per quintal, and Australia Jambo in containers stood at Rs 6,225 per quintal.
