Cotton Arrivals Witness Slight Decline Across Major Producing States

New Delhi, April 25 (Commodities Control): Cotton arrivals in the markets of major producing states of the country recorded a slight decline on Thursday, totaling 35,200 bales, compared to 37,000 bales on the previous trading day.

Out of the total arrivals, Punjab and Haryana, along with Upper and Lower Rajasthan, received 2,100 bales. Gujarat witnessed arrivals of 8,000 bales, while Maharashtra recorded 18,000 bales.

In Madhya Pradesh, arrival of 1,800 bales reported, and Andhra Pradesh-Telangana received 3,000 bales. Additionally, 300 bales arrived in Tamil Nadu, 2,000 bales in Karnataka markets, and no arrivals were reported in Odisha.
