MUMBAI (Commoditiescontrol) – Burma Urad FAQ variety traded lower at Kolkata pulses spot market on Wednesday due to thin buying activity on liquidity crunch.

Millers are interested to purchase at lower rates due to limited imported stock and also as they are finding difficulty in getting good quality urad for crushing from domestic markets.

Burma origin FAQ variety of urad fell by Rs 50 to Rs 4,800/100 Kg.

However, demand and trading activity in processed urad from consumption centers remained slow.
