Jodhpur, 18 May (Commoditiescontrol) Guar seed and gum prices dropped in the physical markets on Wednesday due to weak demand. Prices of guar seed eased Rs 50 per quintal while gum prices declined Rs 100 per quintal today.
Guar seed for auction was offered at Rs 5750 per quintal while it was quoted at Rs 6050 per quintal in all paid. Guar gum was priced at Rs 11,700 per quintal today.
Guar seed for delivery in June on the NCDEX ended Rs 9 lower at Rs 6084 per quintal while low and high of the session were Rs 6052 and Rs 6119 respectively.
Guar gum for delivery in June on the NCDEX ended Rs 27 up at Rs 11780 per quintal while low and high of the session were Rs 11710 and Rs 11848 respectively.
