Jodhpur, 19 May (Commoditiescontrol) Guar seed and gum prices were down in the physical markets and futures as well on Thursday. Prices of guar gum , guar seed, korma and churi were quoted lower. Guar seed were quoted Rs 25 down from June contract while powder was up Rs 25-50 from June contract. Korma was priced at Rs 4600 per quintal while churi quoted at Rs 3100 per quintal today.
Guar seed for delivery in June on the NCDEX ended Rs 92 or 1.51% down at Rs 5989 per quintal while low and high of the session were Rs 5935 and Rs 6065 respectively.
Guar gum for delivery in June on the NCDEX ended Rs 147 or 1.25% down at Rs 11637 per quintal while low and high of the session were Rs 11480 and Rs 11729 respectively.
