Major producing states witness arrival of 1,10,400 bales of cotton

Mumbai, 3 DEC (Commoditiescontrol): Leading cotton producing states in the country have reported arrival of 1,10,400 bales of cotton on Saturday as compared to 1,03,600 bales received on Friday.

Cotton markets of Punjab, Haryana, lower and upper Rajasthan have reported total arrivals of 26,500 bales, while no arrivals reported at Gujarat. Mahrashtra witnessed arrivals of 35,000 bales and 20,000 bales respectively.

Madhya Pradesh reported arrivals of 10,000 bales. Andhra Pradesh and Telangana reported arrivals of 10,500 bales, while mandis in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka witnessed arrival of 100 bales and 8,000 bales, respectively.
