Tur gain at select market on mills buying

Mumbai, Feb 7 (Commoditiescontrol): Domestic variety new Tur traded higher by Rs 25-100/100kg, as per quality at Akola, Nagpur, Solapur, Katni, Raipur, Indore and Gulbarga market due to mills participation on immediate requirement for crushing and ongoing domestic arrivals in producing centres.

Also, Processed Tur at Katni and Gulbarga market rose each by Rs 50/100Kg amid fresh offtake.

Similarly, Burma origin Tur also moved up by Rs 50-125/100Kg at Mumbai-Delhi & Chennai on need based mills buying amid cheaper rates compare to domestic variety despite consistent supply from Burma.

Select variety of Africa origin Tur, such Malawi, Matwara & Mozambique white variety gained each by Rs 50/100Kg on mills buying amid cheaper rates compare to Burma-domestic variety and also negligible supply from Africa.

At Burma, Tur Lemon variety price unchanged at $870 per metric ton on CNF basis for Mumbai as buyers inactive. Today, local currency Kyat flat against the U.S. dollar. It stood at 2870 Kyat/dollar similar during the previous closing.

t Gulbarga, New Tur price rose by Rs 50 at Rs 6,800-7,250/100kg, as per quality on regular millers buying due to action in Tur dal witness amid steady arrivals of 15,000 bags.

At Udgir, New Tur price up by Rs 50 in mandi trade at Rs 6,900-7,250/100Kg, gain by Rs 50 in bilty at Rs 7,200-7,300, as local millers active amid arrivals of 1500 bags with 12-13% moisture.

New Tur price unchanged at Rs 7,300-7,350/100kg in bilty trade at Latur.

At Akola, New Tur price up by Rs 75-100 in mandi trade at Rs 6,600-7,675/100Kg, gain by Rs 50-75 in bilty at Rs 7,550-7,575, as local millers active amid less arrivals of 6000 Katta. Also, Karnataka line new Tur price higher by Rs 50-75 at Rs 7,600-7,625.

New Tur trades at Rs 6,600-7,675/100Kg at Hinghanghat on regular millers buying amid increased arrivals of 5500 bags with 13-15% moisture.

New Maharashtra/Karnataka line Tur price gain Rs 50 each to trade at Rs 7,750-7,775/100Kg for Raipur delivery as mills were active. New Tur local bilty price up by Rs 50 to trade at Rs 7,600.

In Indore, Maharashtra line new red & white variety Tur prices gain by Rs 75-100 each to trade at Rs 7,400/100Kg & Rs 7,300 in bilty trade delivery as millers due to less arrivals. Also, Karnataka line Tur rose by Rs 50 at Rs 7,600/100Kg. As per local trader, millers prefers to trade in Maharashtra line (Jalna-Aurangabad) Tur due to cheap compare to Karnataka as per payment condition.

Karnataka/Andhra Pradesh line new Tur trades up by Rs 75-100 at Rs 7,400/100Kg & Rs 7,200 for Hyderabad delivery as millers active due to less arrivals.

Better buying from Mills has push new Tur prices higher by Rs 200 to trade at Rs 7,000/100Kg in Black variety, Rs 7,100 in Red & Rs 7,200 in White amid arrivals of 1500 bags at Ahmednagar.

New Tur price rose by Rs 150 to trade at Rs 6,300-7,300/100Kg at Gaderwara on millers buying amid increased arrivals of good quality arrivals of 450 bags with less moisture contain around 12%.

New Tur price of Vidarbh belt trades firm by Rs 25 at Rs 7,625-7,650/100kg in bilty trade at Nagpur as millers active.

At Amravati, New Tur price trades at Rs 6,700-7,200/100kg on regular mills buying amid arrivals of 2500 bags with 14-17% moisture.

Maruti & Pink variety new Tur gain by Rs 50-75 each to trade at Rs 6,900-7,150/100kg & Rs 6,800-7,475 at Solapur on good buying volume from local & outstation millers amid less arrivals of 50 truck.
