In key Rajasthani markets, prices *y increased by Rs 100-200 per quintal today, attributed to superior quality and a decrease in arrivals. Experts predict that prices will likely remain stable or even trend upwards due to the sustained demand at current price levels.
Additionally, a surge in seed demand for the summer sowing season is expected to further bolster moong prices.
Despite this anticipated rise, ongoing government sales of moong an upcoming arrival of new crop are expected to somewhat restrain any sharp price increases.
