Mumbai, April 18 (Commodities Control): Amid active buying, Tur prices increased today in Solapur pulse market. However, mill quality chana prices declined as weak buying from millers noted in the market.
The Pink variety new tur prices surged by Rs 150 to trade in the range of Rs 11,100 to Rs 11,900 per quintal. Today, the market received 25 truckloads, marking an increase from the 12 trucks that arrived on the previous trading day.
Turning to Chana, mill-quality Chana prices declined by Rs 100 to trade within the range of Rs 5,900 to Rs 6,200 per quintal. However, Annagiri Chana prices maintained stability to quote in the range of Rs 6,000 to Rs 6,800 per quintal. Today, the market saw the arrival of 4 truckloads, matching the figure recorded on the previous trading day.
