Mumbai, March 05 (Commodities Control): Mumbai pulse market has witnessed surge in tur prices this morning, while chana and matar prices remained steady. Here are the most recent updates from the market:
Pigeon Pea (Tur): Lemon tur prices decreased slightly by Rs 50 to trade at Rs 10,450 per quintal. Matwara variety tur prices surged by Rs 30 to quote Rs 9,150 per quintal. Mozambique: Gajri prices quoted Rs 9,250 per quintal, without any change in prices. However, Mozambique: White prices surged by Rs 50 to quote Rs 9,400 per quintal. Sudan variety tur prices quoted Rs 10,300 per quintal, with an increase of Rs 100.
Pea (Matar): Canada Yellow, ex Mumbai port, prices hold steady to quote Rs 4225 per quintal. Russian Yellow, ex Hajira port, prices remained stable to quote Rs 4125 per quintal. Similarly, Russian Yellow, ex Mundra port, traded at Rs 4125 per quintal, without any change in prices.
Urad: FAQ Urad prices went up slightly by Rs 25 during the opening session of trade to quote Rs 8,550 per quintal.
Chickpea (Chana): The Sudan variety of Chana prices hold steady to quote Rs 6,500 per quintal. Similarly, Tanzania variety chana prices remain stable to quote Rs 5,800 per quintal.
Lentil (Masoor): The prices of Canada Masoor, ex Mundra port, hold steady to quote Rs 5,875 per quintal. Canada Masoor, ex Hajira port, prices quoted Rs 5,925 per quintal, without any change in prices. Canada Crimson in containers maintained stabilty to quote Rs 6,100 per quintal. Australia Nugget in containers remain unchanged to quote Rs 6,000 per quintal.
