Mumbai, April 13 (Commodities Control): Tur prices in the Solapur pulse market witnessed a steady trend this morning. However, chana prices rose today as millers were actively responding to robust demand in dal.
Amid limited buying activity, the Pink variety new tur prices hold steady to trade in the range of Rs 10,900 to Rs 11,700 per quintal. The market received 25 truckloads today, matching the figure arrived on previous trading day.
Turning to Chana, mill-quality Chana prices surged by Rs 50 to trade within the range of Rs 5,900 to Rs 6,250 per quintal. Similarly, Annagiri Chana prices rose by Rs 100 to quote in the range of Rs 6,000 to Rs 6,700 per quintal. Today, the market saw the arrival of 3 truckloads, matching the figure from the previous trading day.
